History

Nick Di Girolamo has a unique legal and corporate background.

Having embarked on a highly successful legal career in 1993, Nick was appointed to the position of Managing Partner at one of Sydney’s leading law firm’s at the age of 35.

Thereafter, he was headhunted to manage, as Chief Executive Officer, a major infrastructure company that delivered in excess of $750m worth of water infrastructure to the State of New South Wales.

Throughout his career, Nick has attained extensive legal and business acumen. He has served on a number of corporate boards including as Chairman/Director of the Wests Tigers Rugby League Club, Chairman/Director of the Italian Chamber of Commerce (in Sydney), and Director of the State Owned Corporation - State Water.

Nick has never lost his passion for the law. He has also gained first hand corporate and business experience. He has a reputation as one of Sydney’s leading and most diligent litigators.

In 2020, Nick decided on a fulltime return to the law, and to start his own boutique firm.

Nick has had carriage of many high profile and complex matters in the areas of commercial/corporate litigation, directors and officers liability, professional indemnity, public and product liability, and sports law.

Nick appreciates the necessity to provide efficient solutions for his clients. He has been involved in a number of mediations involving significant disputes.
